About Ken Pope
Kenneth C. Pope is one of the most experienced practitioners in Ontario providing services to families with a family member with a disability, and has focused his practice to help them put in place Henson Trusts, which ensure that the child with a disability will not be penalized for their inheritance, but will receive the security and financial stability which their guardians or parents have planned for them.
His goal is to ensure that his clients, no matter what their income level, will be able to plan effectively for their future and for that of their family members.
With more than 20 years' experience, Ken's clients benefit from his knowledge and foresight. Ken's practice extends across Ontario and into other provinces in consultation with other practicing lawyers. He frequently makes trips to those who need his services, but live outside the National Capital Region.
